HOMEWORK; letter of complaint

    To whom this may concern:

    My name is Marcela Galindo, I have lived in Manchester for about one month. I am writing to your company to express my non-conformity with the bad service you offer.

    I always use number 50 route. This route starts in East Didsbury and finishes in Albert Square. The buses on this route usually has a bad smell and lots of rubbish, it is really uncomfortable for the passengers. Because it has lots of bottles, paper (newspaper you give for the passenger) and packets on the floor.

    Additional in the rush hour the buses travel with full capacity and the frequency is very bad, with a lot of people at the first bus stop and the bus starts its journey full. I always take the bus at the third stop, when the bus arrives it is impossible take the bus because it is full. In past week I must use the first stop bus, here I get on the bus and it takes about 30 minutes, the reason for this is due to the rush hour traffic.

    I request that your company cleans the buses at regular intervals. I think you should also review the amount of buses your company uses in the rush hour traffic. In addition to this I suggest that you send empty buses to other bus stops in rush hour to decrease the waiting time for the bus.
