Homework time!!

Hi guys, for homework rewrite this paragraph write commas in the correct place and change the adverbs to more suitable words.

While I was driving to work yesterday and eating a croissant a car flashed its lights at me. I decided to stop otherwise somebody was in trouble which was lucky because the car turned out to be an unmarked police car. The policeman told me that it was illegal to eat while I was driving. Providing I might have an accident. Apparently you are not allowed to eat drink or speak on your mobile phone supposing the car has stopped. The policeman said he would not fine me this time unless I agreed not to do it again. Unfortunately after driving for another few minutes the same policeman stopped me again and said “it’s illegal to drive without wearing a seat belt”
